Job Description: Warehouse and Freezer Employee
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse and Freezer Employee to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the production process while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintaining sanitary conditions. This role requires a commitment to food safety rules and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Hourly Pay : $16.50 with the opportunity for growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Work order selecting from the freezer to fulfill shipping and production needs.
Unload shipments and load pallets using a pallet jack and/or forklift.
Organize warehouse and freezer areas to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist product team with fulfilling raw materials
Maintain sanitary conditions in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Fill out necessary paperwork related to shipments and inventory.
Utilize a tablet for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Maintain open communication with team and supervisors regarding tasks and issues.
Qualifications
Previous experience with operating a forklift.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels.
Working in a freezer with temperatures dropping down to -15°F
Must adhere to strict sanitary and safety protocols.
