Job Description: General Production Employee
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Employee to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the production process while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintaining sanitary conditions. This role requires a commitment to food safety rules and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Hourly Pay : $16.50 with the opportunity for growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the production process by operating machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Follow GMPs to ensure the highest quality and safety of products.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in regular training sessions on safety, GMPs, and food handling procedures.
Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 30 lbs as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
